Service
ToolHub BD provides cloud software for customer management, sales, inventory, accounting, and related tools. Features may change as we improve the product. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for credentials and staff access you grant
- You must comply with Bangladesh laws when using government API tools
- One trial per shop; abuse may result in suspension
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to store illegal content, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, or resell the service without permission.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on our website. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel before the next billing cycle.
Data ownership
You own the business data you enter. We receive a limited license to host, process, and back up that data solely to operate the service.
Limitation of liability
ToolHub BD is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss beyond what reasonable backups can restore. Always keep your own business records where required.
